Reply 1 | Yes, for some simple parts, we will consider to offer free samples to customers to checking the quality , but, customers will undertake the shipping cost. For some difficult parts, we will charge the material cost and shipping cost only, to support customers samples testing purpose. | ||||||

Reply 4 | Please offer us your Samples are available; Of course, we would building new the drawing to checking before production, and send the new sample to you checking before series order start. | ||||||

Reply 5 | 5-10 days for samples usually; 15-25 days for the series order quantity less than 2000 pieces Usually . | ||||||
Question 6 | What is your terms of payment ? | ||||||
Reply 6 | For samples order and mould order : T/T 100% payment ; For small batch Order less than 5000 USD : T/T 100% payment ; For series order : T/T 50% in advance, T/T 50% balance payment before shipment. | ||||||
