Technological process

The Production Alibity
Packing & Delivery
1. For the parts who is easy to be hurted, we will use the plastic bag to pack one by one, or by using the clean white soft paper to fold one by one. Then a little big bag packs 200pcs, outside of the bag, there is label which shows the item name and the qty.
2. For the hard parts, we will use a little big plastic bag to pack, in usual one bag is 300-500pcs. as same as the item name and the qty.
3. We will use the pearl wool the pack every bag, by using the tape to fix the pearl wool. So it can avoid the bag
dehisce, the parts won't be dropped out.
4. Then the bag with pearl wool will be packed by the carton, the standard weight is less15kgs every carton. The interstitial will be full by the pearl wool.
5. By using the plastic to pack the carton, which can avoid the rainy day, and the water to make the carton bad.
6. Outside of the carton, there is the standard label, with the item name, the specification, the quantity, the checking date, the production date and so on. And we will write the carton number.
7. The cartons are put in the plastic pallet, fixed by the plastic wrap. So it can protect the carton not be wet and not be broken.
